The product works for my dog. Just a month out and the red light is out on the 1 setting. I emailed customer service and they are horrible. All they do is send me instructions on how to use the device. It’s a no brainer. I will never buy from this company again as the customer service is the worse. Be ware they send you a coupon to buy another device. I will not fall into that trap.

I sent an email to custoomer support & tried to cancel my order same day I made the order.. Just decided against it. Had a friend give me one similar. I received an email next day saying it was already shipped! I used the tracking # and it was still in facility. It did not ship out until the next day after that! The email stated I could return it after I received it. I would have to pay shipping , again, and a 8.95 restocking fee! So 2 shipping fees and a restocking fee made it ridiculous to send back. I will donate it. Shame on them for not letting me cancel order BEFORE they said it shipped out but didn't actually.

Tried NUMEROUS times (approximately 8 emails between April and July) to return my unused unopened products following the company’s instructions and they never responded with the details I needed to complete the return.

Don't waste your money does not work! The only thing it is good for is to use it as a flashlight. I wish I would have read the reviews first. This product should not be on the market.

I purchased four Barks No More devices for myself and some friends. I followed the instructions. It did nothing to stop the barking and annoying behavior. My friends all said the same thing about training their dogs. We each tried it out over several months to see if it would work over time. Zero results. This device was a waste of money.

I should have known better. I didn’t check out the reviews. Everything that has been written is true. The worst thing is that when I called to return it is that I got the runaround. It’s been over a three weeks now and I still have not received my refund. This is from a email I received. We’re a small U.S. based company and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. They need to rethink this statement.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I visited their website. I was charged for 3 and only wanted 1. When I called Customer Service they were not helpful at all. This is a scam. Don't buy anything from them.
