This company's website charged my PayPal account for three items and was looking to buy one but changed my mind and closed website but they charged my account anyway called them and canceled now got email saying items are shipped it's all just crazy.

I ordered one of these devices but it wasn't able to be delivered to me. I paid $59.32 for the product and expedited shipping. After they weren't able to deliver my product to my address in Florida! I was given a store credit of $40.05. When asked why that was the amount of the credit I was told " Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the $40.05 reward you received. We appreciate your support of our business and your interest in taking advantage of our promotions. Upon verification, I can confirm that the reward has been automatically applied during the purchase process. Ordinarily, a single Barks No More is priced at $80.00. However, with the $40.05 reward automatically deducted, the cost of one pack has been reduced from $40 to $39.95. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and hope that you were able to enjoy the benefits of the reward during your purchase." This just sounds like a bunch of gibberish. I am still waiting to hear back from their team but I don't have any confidence in them resolving this issue properly.

Total Scam - I did not complete the order, and backed out and charged 39.99 for one and the price was $19.99 - Better Homes and Gardens shame on you for advertising this on your site!!! DO NOT ORDER AND I immediately replied that I did not order this and working with my bank for fraud! BE WARE!!!!! No responses to emails even within seconds of them sending.

A total scam! Don't buy one, let alone two! Plus they charge you for a warranty, returns are impossible, and of course, they don't give you a refund for the warranty they trick you into purchasing. I should have known better. Nothing legit is ever sold on social media.

I purchased two bark collars for my two daschunds, neither dog paid any attention to them. Once they learned it would vibrate, they continued to bark. I tried to return the collars (BUT BECAUSE THE BOX HAD BEEN OPENED, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS). PLEASE BEWARE! THE PRODUCT DID NOT WORK ON MY DOGS AND NO REFUND. THEY WERE VERY POLITE EXPLAING WHY THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND, IF THAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD! BUY FUTURE PRODUCTS ON AMAZON, YOU WILL GET A REFUND IF IT DOESN'T WORK BUT IN MY OPION, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOU DONT MIND, BUYING A PRODUCT, NOT OPENING THE BOX, AND PLACING THE ITEM IN A DRAW BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK, BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU JUST SEND THEM A CHECK OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND TELL THEM TO KEEP THEIR PRODUCT. UOU PROBABLY WILL NOT FEEL GOOD BUT THEY WILL, THEY WILL SEND YOU A NICE LETTER, THANKING YOU! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FUTURE PURCHASE!

Terrible don’t buy! For one the website tricks you into ordering multiple devices and doesn’t refund for all the extras. Why would anyone want multiples not even knowing if they actually work. Had NO effect on neighbors barking dog. $45 for something that doesn’t work. Complete rip off.

I want to return the two I bought because they come with a warning not to use on indoors. This warning is nowhere on their website. They refuse to accept returns. I have emailed several times asking for return instructions, but they always deflect, asking if I would like to keep them instead. No, I don’t want to injure my dogs; I want to return them. They assure me they can be used indoors, but why would they come with a warning not to do so? I have asked repeatedly for return instructions, which they will not provide. PayPal only lets you send messages to the seller but will not do a refund for some reason (I have had refunds on PayPal before, so …?).
