I ordered 4 thinking I'd have them all within reach when my two dogs go crazy at the littlest sound. These devices do absolutely nothing. They don't phase them for one second. Don't waste your money. Also you can't return them once they have been used which is a terrible policy. How are you supposed to know if they are even effective unless you open it and use it.

Will never deal with this company again.I returned the items.I’m getting shipping and return processing fee deducted plus I have to pay shipping back to them..what a fricken joke

The company would not respond to numerous emails regarding returning their product. Extremely poor customer service. Never deal with them as this company doesn't care about their customers. Incorrectly charged me $83.50 US for a product that I didn't order & would not let me return after many requests

This unit sucks! It is ineffective on both of my dogs. For what I paid for it, it wasn't worth it. I reset it, by removing the battery, and waited before I turned it on, and still no response from my pups. I demanded a full refund, and they said no because I used it. So, I would only get half of seventy dollars. Next I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and Dept. Of Consumer protection. I gave them fair warning saying that I will eviscerate them with my review. They started a war that they couldn't win. I told them that I was going to post everywhere on social media websites. Next stop, "X".

This device is incredibly poorly made. It broke the first day I received it. And to make it worse, the company disputed my repeated request to have my money refunded. They would respond to my claim each time with the same computer generated, email, saying I had not done as requested, that I had not presented a picture of the broken device. WRONG, I sent them at least 4 pictures, to no avail. THEY SUCK.

The shame of it is that you don't have negatives because these are the SHYSTERS that you have been warned about in a of the Aesop's Fairy tails that is is not politically correct to read to children these days. Well I will say I will read them once again and to all of my relatives so that they can be aware that these type of charlatans still do and probably always will exist. So I know that i should not be enticed to purchase crap sold though a game, however, I was playing the game because it was 2am and one of my neighbor;s dogs started barking. FIRST mistake. I should have know when the darn thing came. I gave it a chance and it made a noise that another dog LOVED and started to lick my hand...obviously this is a DUD so i tried the second one. same thing. these things are glorified flashlights with a noise maker to annoy the user not the barking dog. then I tried immediately to get in touch with the SHYSTER company though the email that i received since there were no return instructions in the packaging bag that they came in SURPRISE SURPRISE. the email address was a fake so i attempted to type it it in case there was a bad link again bad email address so I put in a dispute with PAYPAL another worthless group to no avail. OH and here is the best part the JERKS are counting the day of order as PART of the 30 days. I HOPE they CHOKE on the money because KARMA is a B!^(#.

Talk about false advertising! I'm looking for a device to help me stop my dog from incessant barking. This company's ads are designed to make one believe this is the product that will do that. However, in order to read the directions, one must open the box. The directions tell you that if you're attacked by a dog when you're out walking yours, this device will stop the attack. What is supposed to happen to your dog when you use it is never mentioned. Advertising specifically says the dog will not be hurt -- really? Its going to stop an attacking dog without pain? I've yet to try to return it because their 24 hour phone line to request an RMA doesn't answer. I've emailed for the RMA number but actually have little confidence that I'll be able to successfully obtain a refund. I sincerely wish I had purchased from Amazon as other reviews suggest. Then I would at least be confident I'd be abble to return it.

I think customer support is trying hard to deal with difficult policies. First, I ordered two devices, one for home and one for our motor home. After carefully opening the box and trying for about a week and a half, it was clear that the device was not working for our dog. I didn't open the second box. Customer support asked that we try for a couple more weeks before returning it, so we did. Same outcome, poor result. Bottom line, seller would not take back the device which had been tried and was in pristine condition because once the box is opened, you own it. After endless back and forth, they agreed to refund the second device less restocking fee and shipping which resulted in a significant discount to purchase price. For us, this device was no more than a digital dog whistle with a flashlight. Choose wisely...
