Read reviews AFTER I ordered. I ordered 1, was billed and sent 2. Contacted immediately but no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY.

Ordered one device and received 2. They don’t work for dogs. We opened only one. Emailed many times wanting to return the devices. They keep saying someone will contact me. Not happening. Says look at their faq. That states they are not accepting return due to the PANDEMIC! Are they a bit slow or just plain cheaters?

UPDATE: I have now sent 6 emails marked urgent, saying that I want to return the (unopened) items for a full refund, as promised. Not a single reply. What happened to Denyce is exactly what happened to me. I ordered one device and was charged for 2 (they're on the way). I immediately sent an email, then a second marked URGENT. Nothing until a few days later when I got a response saying I had a $40 credit....to be used on another order. I told them that I didn't want to order more as I only wanted one in the first place. I told them that, if they sent me a label to return the second device, I'd be happy to do that. I suspect that isn't going to happen. My bank has said that they will investigate fraud. It sounds like this is fraud (if not worse) across the board.

Their customer service is horrible! I accidentally ordered more than I wanted, contacted them IMMEDIATELY, and they waited 3days to get back to me. Now they want to give me a credit to be used on their products! No! Apparently they have my credit card and that’s all they care about. Founded by a veteran? I’m a veteran and you obviously don’t care about ripping off veterans!!!

Do not order from this company. I ordered one at sale price. When I saw the price they had charged 2 at regular price over $80. I tired emailing, calling Shannon wrote mark mail urgent and you will get prompt response. I sent over 4 emails no response. They did not ship items for 8 days so had plenty of time to respond and fix problem. I would never order from this company. If you need a barksmore buy something on Amazon which I should have done. I am so disappointed that this company is even allowed to advertise on the net. Connie

I ordered it paid for extra shipping so it would get here total bill $58 and took it 11 days I got tired of waiting bought one on Amazon for $11 got here overnight it works great when they're showed up it was a joke looks like a toy next to the one I got for $11 that does a lot more functions then I tried to use it on the dog and the dog didn't even respond but the first one I got works very well

I have ordered twice now with no product. And the company is unreachable despite several phone calls and numerous emails. It was sent to wrong address even though I used PayPal, which I use weekly with no problems! At first thought it was my mistake but it happened again! Very strange, very shady!

This bark no more device is a big joke. The thing doesn’t work. I went by the instructions and my dog continued barking like he didn’t hear a thing. The button was busted and l can’t get it to work. I would rate this a 0 but I had to put in a 1. I know this is a scam!! Also, they try to sell you different items that don’t pertain to this piece of crap. They also charged me for two when I only ordered one
