Thanks for the review! We will try to make it more clear that the bookmarks are made out of recycled cardstock that is manufactured using 100% green energy. We take a LOT of pride in the material we use as it is responsibly resourced so we in no way try to hide this information. We have however offered you a complete replacement of your order as well as after finding out you're a teacher offered to send you out a care package of scraps for your students, so we are super bummer to see a one-star review :(

Hi Laura! We are sorry you are unsatisfied with your bookmarks. We take a lot of pride in our choice of material as it is made from recycled cardstock that is manufactured using 100% green energy. We understand that our bookmarks would be more durable if they were laminated or made out of plastic materials but that adds hundreds of years to the decomposing time, so we opted to offer a 30-day guarantee instead. If you would like a replacement within 30 days of your purchase just email your order # to [email protected] and we will send out replacements no questions asked. This is the best we can do to provide a quality product and service while not adding more pollution to the planet. We hope you understand!
