Love this grooming company!!
Sadie is an amazing person and groomer. She was kind to my dog (and me) and kept her very safe. She asked questions in advance and was very attentive to meeting my desires for my dog. The grooming result is beautiful. My dog looks great and is so much cooler - she is ready for the hot summer. Thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Liz , Thank you for your response and sharing your thoughts. I'm very sorry you were not happy with Charlie's groom and the pricing. I'm baffled at what this sand like substance that was left on both Charlie and your son in laws backs. Our products are top of the line, no chemicals, nothing but pure product. I will be talking to Jay and looking at his notes to see if we can figure out what that might have been. We secure our sweet pups on a lead short enough that they can't get hurt, long enough that they can sit or lay down. We have cameras on our pets so that they can be watched should we need to go into the back. We do not crate our clients, offering them a soft bed or couch is what we prefer ( and I think they do too) We love all our clients and would never disrespect them but pulling a stunt like raising the price so high that they wouldn't come back Our fees reflect our professionalism, our no cage environment, our quality products, our groomers expertise, the one on one service your pet gets, the pets environment, and best of all the time we spend making sure your sweet pets are calm, comfortable and confident. I'm happy to look at your bill to make sure we didn't make any mistakes. We truly enjoyed meeting you and Charlie and want only the best for you both. Tailwags, K

Great grooming for two yorkies

Beautiful kitty & fantastic customer service
Everyone was very very pleasant and the groomer was very gentle with my precious Ragamuffin treasure. She was shaved, bathed, nails done, and ears cleaned. She looks cool and clean with her little summer cut. I appreciated the excellent customer service.

A week into rescuing our pup
A week into rescuing our pup - after running around the neighborhood, rolling around in the grass and cooling off with the garden hose - our pup needed a good clean! He went in as Pig Pen and left a perfect, sweet-smelling, soft baby.
