Very mad and disappointed

I told you I need my refund bc is been a month of my purchase and don’t need the dress no more and you guys don’t listen, I send you emails since the before the valentines weekend asking for my refund and you guys ignored me, just kept getting automatic emails saying that my order would be ship soon, One more time I need my money back, don’t send me anything anymore is been a month since I ordered
