When I got RNY 6 weeks ago I was confident af going into the procedure. However, quickly after I found out that there was very little post-op support. I literally felt like I was just winging the diet thing and hoping for the best. I came across Shenelle on a live tiktok and scheduled an intro call with her an hour later and I am so thankful I did! It was like talking to an old friend that I haven’t chatted with in awhile. While I don’t have food addiction issues I do have some strict dietary restrictions which I thought was going to make the journey difficult. I scheduled a 90 min post-op call with Shenelle and she came ready for action and was a wealth of information. Best money I’ve spent on anything RNY related. I ended up joining her support group and these ladies are so supportive. It’s so nice to not feel alone in my journey anymore!

The Patreon Group is exactly what I was looking for after WLS. Shenelle is so knowledgeable and responsive to any of our questions in the FB message group and the support from the other members is fantastic. I’ve learned so much in the last month from this group and it’s given me the confidence to know I can succeed in the WLS journey.
