I started following Shenelle a few months ago. Was impressed with her passion and knowledge on Bariatric lifestyle. 1:1 made me realize I needed a support group and someone who understood emotional eating habits. Decided to do her monthly subscription and will sign up soon for 1:1 counseling. Excellent knowledge and her community is awesome! Can’t recommend enough!

I’m so delighted I found Shenelle on social media. She has been such a blessing, filled with knowledgeable information and a sense of humor. She has a way of making individual acknowledgements in a group setting and always answers everyone’s questions even if they have been asked before.

Hi, I’m Destinie Reagan with a Patreon group I met shenelle about two months ago off of TikTok. I reached out to her and asked her to be my coach through the journey that I just began in June. She welcomed me in with open arms and has helped me so much. I was struggling at the beginning with stalls, and had no help with what to do. She saved me by telling me to log my foods, cut my macros, and from there I have been losing weight inches and feeling wonderful about myself. Along with journey I have also gained friendship with a variety of ladies that have helped me along the way to. Thank you so much for your help
