This is an amazing tool. It really takes the guesswork out of meal planning and the recipes are simple. I had WLS 16 yrs ago and faced a regain of 80#. I’ve now lost 50+ of that and still going.

Highly recommend this “hack” for using ChatGPT as a tool in your toolbox of for meal planning and recipes. I like that it can personalize to what you like/don’t like as well as deal with what you have in the fridge. Don’t be afraid to tell it to keep it simple or reduce the number of proteins but definitely a great resource and highly recommend!!

Such an incredible experience working with The bariatric Rewrite! It has changed my life! Shenelle and her team are phenomenal. I had gastric bypass in October 2025 and knew that I needed to have emotional support and education on this new adventure. I found them on TikTok and loved the fact that Shenelle was just real. Within a couple of months of having my surgery, I signed up for the four month food addiction workshop. It was the best thing I ever did. I learned so many things. I had access to meetings,podcasts, video interviews with doctors, etc. the amount of contents provided was so powerful. All I can say is my life will forever be changed by the help and support of this incredible team.

The programs available through the Rewrite are the best available!!! I joined after I successfully completed my 1year Bariatric program in Canada and wanted to continue to lose weight but could not seem to get what I needed to get to my goals. Through the teachings in the program, I was able to find the barriers to my continued success. I now have the tools to make whole foods meals and snacks that will help me succeed and how to avoid the pitfall and barriers of my past.
