I love The Rewrite & The Recipe Fix app! I can ask it anything lol I not only ask it about recipes, but about specific products and when needing to check and see if something is actually a good Bariatric product! Worth it!

The Rewrite is an absolute game changer for bariatric patients at any stage. Whether you're pre-op, years post op, thinking about surgery, on glp-1s, the information, support, programs, and community are unmatched. The team is top notch. 10/10 recommend. Being able to tell it your likes and dislike makes every recipe usable.

The Fix is a God’s send to me. I haven’t been able to eat solid food for three years. I had the sleeve in 2016 and then the RNY in 2018 for Gerd that didn’t work. I suffered for years and then three years ago started to get professional help. Over 20 EGD’s, psychologists, dietitians , physical fitness coaches, surgeon visits for assistance, blood work, colonoscopy’s, resent surgery, you name it I have done or had it. I found The ReWright site and it was like a light bulb went off. It made so much sense. Why had no one in so many years not mentioned this to me as a Fix. I bought the Fix and again , light bulb moment. I have been eating clean for a few months now and bought the Fix this weekend and will be using my 7 day plan tomorrow. I prepped today. So easy with the guide on The Fix. I am the happiest in a long time. I would be honored to win a spot in the ReWrite program. I hope I am considered. Either way I am doing this. I am working the ReWrite program. I am eating clean. I will still visit the ReWrite sites for help. I will use The Fix for my meals. Tasty by the way. Nothing is going to stop me

The Fix part of her program is top notch. It has changed my way of eating...This is the cleanest I have probably EVER eaten...And sure it costs a bit to eat this way. But her way and coaching of things is top notch and i couldnt be happier over the last week and a half since starting.

The Recipe Fix is a ChatGPT tool that has been trained by the folks at Bariatric Rewrite. It is not just a meal planner or recipe generator. It will do these things, sure, using the whole-foods healthy eating Rewrite approach. But it can do so much more! It can evaluate your food log using Rewrite principals, and offer useful suggestions to up your game. It can also give you guidance on particular foods, and suggest better alternatives when available. It is amazing!

I've used The Fix for 5 days, and have already lost a pound. It has helped me create meal plans and grocery lists for meals me and my kids will actually eat. It has told me some hard truths, based upon my food logs, and has given useful suggestions as to where I could make some changes. I love how real it feels, like im chatting when a friend who knows exactly how hard post op life can be.

This tool is brilliant! It takes the guesswork out of wondering what to cook for supper and what I can have/can't have. Truly incredible!
