The RewriteReviews of bariatricrewrite.com

This is the best purchase I ever made. I use it for everything. Pre-op I used it to compare shakes. It tells me the best products to buy, what to make , how to make it. EVERYTHING!!! When I tell you run don’t walk to buy this, I’m not kidding!!!

The Rewrite and The Recipe Fix were complete game changers for me. I had regained 30 lbs after having skin removal surgery and needed to lose that to prepare for an upcoming surgery. I am 7 weeks into the 4 month intensive program. I have lost 13 lbs and am down 13.5 inches. The coaches and support you receive is beyond words. Every bariatric patient needs this program whether you are preop, postoperative, regain, glp1 users, or just want to learn how to eat Whole Foods and lose weight. No two people are the same but the knowledge you receive doesn’t change and everyone can use it to help them learn to live again and take control back not just about eating and losing weight but taking back control of your whole life. You will find who you are via The Rewrite journey.

After bariatric surgery I felt letdown by my bariatric team, the nutritionist and the support group. I never reached my goal and slid back to my old habits just eating less of the incorrect foods. 3 years later I found the Rewrite! I joined the 4 month program. Best decision I ever made. Connecting with bariatric patients that were in the same scenario as myself. This community and the coaches (which are all bariatric patients) guide you through every step to retrain your brain and teach you the why and how to eat correctly to stop the obesity disease from controlling your life. I am 3 weeks into the program and have already lost 4 lbs and my inflammation is reduced. Wish I found them sooner, but I learned its never too late!

The ReWrite is LIFE CHANGING for anyone looking to actually kill it with bariatric surgery, either pre op, post op, or figuring out just what the heck you're doing. The group is not only full of cheerleaders absolutely backing you 100%, but in it you learn about a true whole foods approach to healthy living using surgery as a TOOL to weightloss. The coaches take it seriously and want you to succeed, the members are always encouraging you to do your best, and you have a built in go to for any questions you might have along the way. Recommend it to anyone interested in living their best life!

This is a solid nutrition and behavior management program. I am not a bariatric patient but I joined the 4-month program and learned so much more than I expected. I also made some wonderful new friends! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to focus on their health and nutrition.

Shenelle is the BEST! She has kept me accountable, taught me how to track my food properly, gave me access to all of the support I need to stay on track, taught me how to get to eating Whole Foods, and how to deal with food addiction.

i’ve been with shenelle now for 27 months and couldn’t be happier to say that i’m still at goal in fact, I have surpassed my final goal thanks to her guidance and no nonsense approach . when I came to shenelle I was about 225 I had surgery on 8/4/23 today on 11/16/25 I weigh 139.8 thanks to shenelle I have my life back.
