i bought the numbers but trying to get the barcode is a real hassle

Hello there, We're very sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the barcode numbers. We ty to make this as easy as possible on our customers. You can access the package 3 different ways. First, immediately after the purchase on the purchase page. Second, by email using the "View Order" tab on your confirmation email. Third, by logging in through the website. I do not see any attempts to contact us regarding your issue but we have live phone lines from 9am - 5pm EST. Our LiveChat hours are the same. We monitor emails 24/7. We understand the confusion and appreciate the chance to clarify. The GS1 GEPIR screenshot you emailed us does not mean your barcode numbers are already in use. GEPIR is GS1’s historical registry and does not show current ownership for many legally owned GTINs. Barcodes that are privately owned (per GS1’s 2002 U.S. class-action settlement) often display the original pre-2002 registrant in GEPIR. GS1 does not update this database after resale, which results in outdated names appearing—this is common and does not indicate reuse or invalidity. Your company fully and legally owns the barcodes purchased from Bar Codes Talk. No other party has the right to use them. Ownership can be verified in our public owner database, where we publish current registrant information for transparency. Scammed me....sort of
Scammed me....sort of first i bought 1 UPC code for $5, worked flawlessly. then i bought 5 for $10, they were all invalid. then i bought 1 UPC again and it worked. conclude what you want.
