Barcode GiantReviews of barcodegiant.com

Ordered online using my credit card only to find an email a week later stating I had to use pen pal to complete the order, had this been fore mentioned I would’ve bought elsewhere, this put me behind a week, you said you’d give me a tracking number and you didn’t follow though I had to call you to get it

I paid for expedited 2 day shipping on my order that was placed around noon. The website states that orders placed before 2pm ship same day. The order wasn’t even shipped for 3 days. Tried to cancel the order, because I was no longer going to be staying at the shipping address, which they refused. Horrible customer service. Don’t shop here.

This company lists their products at lower prices than they actually sell them. On their Google listing they state that there are no taxes or shipping charges. However; once we got to checkout taxes were added to the purchase, which were waved once we offered a valid resale coupon. This was no big deal, however the major deal breakers were that they stated that they could offer overnight shipping for $98.00 which we were ecstatic about. Come Monday morning we were expecting the printer to arrive. However, to our dismay they called and said overnight shipping would be an additional $2000. Now not only was our product late but we were expected to pay shipping after the fact. We asked for their default shipping option which was advertised as free on the actual product page and they stated that free shipping does not apply to this item. the best that they could do was $500 for economy shipping. Needless to say we cancelled the order and will not be doing business again. Avoid Barcode giant and Barcode discount like the plague.

I called and talked to them to make sure I was getting the right product. When it came it was not right they double charged me for it I had to get a refund I would never work with these folks again

Worst experience when purchasing equipment. Paid next day delivery. Called to confirm I would receive next day. Item never arrived. I called to find out what’s going on, was told the item wasn’t going to be available for a week. After going back and forth a gentleman by the name of Andrew. Andrew was very helpful and was able to contact the supplier of my items and assured me they would send them out and they would arrive the following day. Well they didn’t arrive until 4 days later. When I contacted Andrew about this, never heard back. Worst customer service. Worst communication. And my business delayed opening nearly a week because the items I requested took so long to arrive, after being promised twice they would arrive on time.

I had to call 4-5 times to get the RMA through the system for a return of a faulty barcode reader. I was told to purchase a new one and return the old one per technical support. I did not get the refund on the original unit for 4 months.

Won't be back. Your freight costs for one roll of stickers just silly.
