Sent completely wrong Scanner... Then advised couldn't see in order in system .. found order .. advised to have pictures sent of wrong item to: ajohnson... heard nothing after a week.. sent multiple emails... nothing .. called into BG.. new rep advised no notes were in the system. Had to start all over. Rep advised original product purchased, was not available now. had to spend $110 more. will not do business again

1.Order was not received as expected . One of the cable was missing . The Rep said it was shipped and not company's mistake.

I have sent several emails to remove taxes and I have not received any response from customer service.

I order one scanner. that was no freight. They charge freight. I call them few times for credit freight charge. they never corrected.

Company advertised a low price and a few days after you pay, they hit you with a Paypal request for additional funds.

I have contacted Barcode Giant three times about a product that I ordered, paid, and received, and they have not returned my phones calls, it's been a week since my original phone call to them. I am extremely disappointed.

They enfecies more to tell the customer that the RMA will take from two to five days and do not tell people not write on the box. You expect the RMA and when you have it, that is it! I will never recomand Barcode to no one. BAD, very BAD and unacceptable and rude experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. I bought two printers The first I wrote the address on the box, the same day they wrote and send me an e-mail with photoes, the second i still do not know how much refund i received. Poor, Poor, very poor experience
