Ordered Havis bracket C-B70. Best/lowest price by $12 given free shipping. Website stated “ships free in 3-5 days”. However item took 8 days to ship and 10 days to receive item. Item well-packaged for shipping. Overall very pleased with purchase, would order from BG again.

Recently ordered a new kitchen printer for our restaurant. I mistakenly ordered one with the wrong data port connection. I called Barcode's Customer Service line, received assistance in ordering the right one, got the RMA issued, returned the wrong product, and received the correct one. The entire process was handled professionally. Staff were accommodating and helpful, whether online or telephone. Vmpressed with the service side of company, ease of problem solving, and variety of products and pricing.
