Our startup was getting crushed by volume and I needed to add Zebra support to improve our ship times ASAP. The store upgraded my order for free so it could be shipped at 4PM on a Friday. When I thought I needed an ink cartridge they helpfully called to tell me it wasn't necessary. All together they probably saved me 5 days and 50 dollars.
