I bought a trimmer as a present for my boyfriend. The address I had given was incomplete and they were very nice and helped me correct it. I can state it has a very nice customer service. As for the trimmer, a WAHL professional cordless trimmer. Arrived in excellent condition. He has used it now for 3 months and it works nicely for his thick hair.

Great customer service and fast shipping. Thank you Jim for helping me choose the right clippers.
