So far my interaction with their customer service has been great. They are direct and helpful. Their products cost more than most, but they seem to be of quality. Ultimately, it is more about their approach to customer service, I am confident if I had an issue they would rectify it quickly. Any product can fail, but a company that stands behind their products is hard to find.

Barbell Apparel's jeans are just about perfect for any athletic build. Comfortable, durable, stylish...you'll feel great wearing them and look great too! Like any jeans, there are some sometimes minor size variations in dye lots but the awesome customer service teams can help with any questions. Sizing is true so be realistic! The sweatshirts are a great heavyweight find. Wear one on every gym trip and it has held up to a lot of abuse and looks like new. Motive dress shirts are my work go to. Light, some stretch and classic style and comfort. BA is not the only game in town for everyday gear for athletic built dudes, but they do lead the pack in quality, style and cost!
