I bought my first products from Barbell last week. Unfortunately, the items did not fit. I paid $201.14, including a $5.99 fee for free returns, something I've never had to pay before. My refund was only $184.04. The return process also took longer than expected. Not a great experience as I am out $17.10 for the privilege of trying on something that did not fit. Do NOT buy from this company..

I've ordered jeans and t shirts from this company. The jeans are very comfy and have proved to be very durable (three years and counting). Their dropcut t shirts are lovely, but they are a little too long for anyone who is less than 7 feet tall. The only issue is, realistically, you have to live in the US for it to be cost effective. Their international shipping fees are a joke (more than the jeans!) and they do the usual deceptive trick of adding taxes (VAT) right before you buy, not upfront. Depending on how much you buy, there may also be stamp duty (I'm in the UK so in my case there is above a threshold). It's a shame as this deterring me from making any further purchases. I can get jeans from Boss or Armani for less.

I bought a pair of Barbell jeans as a gift for my husband. The order started off poorly because the package arrived late, although the company did refund the $15 I paid for fast shipping, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bigger problem started once he began wearing them. The jeans constantly bled blue dye. Even after multiple washes, the dye kept coming off. My husband would literally end up with blue hands, and the dye transferred onto his shoes and other items, ruining them. We washed the jeans normally about three times a week for two months, and the bleeding never stopped. Because of this, several items were damaged, including a $200 pair of shoes. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and sent photos of the damage. Their only solution was to send a replacement pair of jeans. For a $200 pair of jeans, I expect much better quality. I do not want another pair that may cause the same problem. Between the jeans and the items they damaged, I am now out around $400 +. I also wish customers had a real opportunity to review products, because it seems like only positive reviews are posted on the website. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive product

I really enjoy my running/lifting shorts and joggers from Barbell. They feel better quality than the Nike stuff I’m used to wearing. I love the pockets usually have zippers to avoid my things constantly sliding out of them.

Finally, jeans that fit my thunder thighs. Barbell has been great for me for years and has continued to upgrade things through the years. Their 2.0 jeans are a major improvement and the flannels would be my second favorite thing. Customer service has always been quick and more than helpful.

Great customer service is what really earns the five star the most. Clothes are decent quality, good designs, though are usually sized down a little so keep that in mind. Great membership perks.

Barbell has always treated me well, honoring their lifetime guarantee and fit exchange promise with no questions asked. They've recently been making some sizing changes, but if you get the wrong size, exchanges are super easy and fast. I literally wear their clothing every day.

Between the excellent selection, the perfect fit, quality fabric, and the elite level staff, my closet has essentially turned into a Barbell storefront. I use their jeans and sweatshirts when it’s cold, their shorts and tops when working out, and the quality is top tier. Going to be an Elite member for a long time!
