We think Bannister Plumbing is the most excellent plumbing company we have ever used. Chris was polite and professional. Using shoe covers to respect our home is extraordinary. After completing the work we needed, Chris inspected all of our faucets above and below the sinks. We know that our home is secure in Bannister’s hands. Chris Martinez, Sr Tech, did a follow-up inspection of a newly installed heat pump. He checked the system for proper refrigerant levels and calibrated the thermostat. Chris is well versed in his trade and very respectful in his interaction. Great representative of Bannister Plumbing & Air.

Chris did a fantastic job on our AC unit. The unit was still under warranty but the manufacturer (or parts supplier) said it wasn’t. He went to great lengths to find the paperwork and send it to the manufacturer or parts supplier or whoever and got the “lost warranty” put back in the records. Was very knowledgeable on troubleshooting the issue with the unit.
