There are two types of companies. Those that are sales driven, and those that are results driven. We all know the same story, you go through the lengthy sales tactics, sign up, and the results, help, and continued support is nothing but lackluster. Bangert is the entire package. You won't be fighting with level 1 tech support, to get to level 2 tech support, to get to level 3 tech support who still may not know how to solve a solution. The staff at Bangert is a master of the software they help support and their continuing education they make publicly available is invaluable.

Prompt response! Sage did finally end up assisting our guy but they were less than urgent over the matter. That was hard to take considering our software was out of commission for 2+ days.
