Poor delivery shipping estimate
Order said it would ship in 5-9 days. Now “scheduled” for delivery on 6/10 and ordered on 5/21. It didn’t arrive in time for the trip I needed it for. The backpack may be good but I won’t know for several more days. Am frustrated with the inaccurate lead time.

Hello Dear Christopher, sorry to hear it. I have done the research and saw your model manufactured brand new due to volatile stock level in warehouse. Also, there is dispatch that is 1-2 business days. But we got our notes, will do better. Best
