Still waiting for my daughter's Christmas gift, that I ordered in the beginning of December... It is now New Year's Eve. All I've got is a "sorry we're late" e-mail - which is somewhat okay, but not when you have the capacity to keep sending me tons of ads by e-mail... Spend that energy on actually delivering on time instead of advertising and selling a product you can't deliver.

Ordered on 24 November 2025. It is now 23rd December… was I the sucker who believed their hype… no drum … do not be fooled.. this is a scam … company said it reshipped the product and even though I told them I wanted a refund, still no product or refund… do not touch with a barge pole!!

I made the purchase weeks ago but I still haven't received it nor have I received a shipping update.

Ordered July 28. Company claims fast and free 3-5 biz days shipping. It's Aug 6 and no product -- not a big red flag on its own. But yesterday I received an email saying shipping is delayed due to this busy holiday season we are in....ummm....what holiday season? I went on the shop app to track the package and it appears to be shipping from an unknown location with an international courier I've never heard of before (WanB express? The shipping website has Chinese characters on it). This appears to be a scam company shipping from China (or rather, not actually shipping from China!). I checked the shop reviews and there are dozens of similar complaints of others who never received their items. I emailed the company twice today and no reply. Tomorrow I will initiate a chargeback if I do not hear from Balmy drum. They have very nice and professional marketing...I feel like a sucker for not investigating more before I purchased!

need credit for big drum returned. Which I have not yet received. There is a pkg at po. Why did this take almost 3 months to resolve and I am the one who had to solve it. Your company and its service to customers is the worse I’ve had business with. You can count on a very bad review with every agency I can contact. When this pkg was never delivered it was up to you to send a replacement. What did you do ? In your scripted emails you offered 6% discount on a drum already purchased. And now you tell me you are not responsible for delivery once pkg leaves your facility? Awful. If you are still in business next year I’d be surprised. My grandson who is 6 never received his drum for Christmas. ( He is still checking every day) Balmy claimed it was because the wrong address was entered with the order however they sent the drum stand 3 weeks after Christmas to the correct address. I contacted Fed X and they requested Balmy send a call tag to help them find the package but Balmy refused. Only after I threatened to report them to the BBB and file a small claim and post a review did they say they would contact their shipper and contact me in 48 hours it has been over a week and a half since then and still no contact. Worst customer service ever.

Balmy I purchased this as a Christmas gift from “Santa” for my daughter on December 9. At the time, the shipping policy on their website says it would be shipped within 24 hours and would be delivered within 5-7 business days. After going from NJ to Los Angeles, it went in and out of a mailing facility for over 10-days until I emailed and the next day it was finally shipped (The website now says that shipping is 5-12 business days). The item was received after Christmas and I no longer have a need for it. As soon as it arrived, I emailed the company to request a refund and to get an address to return the item as there is not a return address on their website. It took a couple of days for a response and when they did it was a response to another customer’s complaint about the sound quality. I followed up and said I just want the address to refund the product and they still will not provide the address. At this point, the 30-day return policy is approaching on January 9 and I will no longer be eligible for a return, leaving me stuck with a product I do not have a need for. I have now requested how they will resolve this and I am not confident that it will get remedied. I wanted to support a small business rather than use the big name stores but this experience has been terrible. Such a huge waste of money, time, and energy.
