this company is a scam and this man who runs this company is a horrible man. its a isreal man. a very rude man.. the address to their location is 42-01 235th st in Little Neck Queens.. its a glass door that doesn't look like the place.. there is no true store sign.. its a very shady like office right next to the LIRR station ( Douglaston ).. i pray that the world sees the truth of this guy ... he uses ROADIE.com as a shipping company ... and this is how is able to get away with the scamming .. Roadie is a online sister company of UPS.. and they barely pay attention to anyone they do business with ... its a extremely horrible and i feel so sorry for you guys...

I ordered £43.00 of balloons for my daughters birthday today. I was told they would be delivered today. It is now 5pm and nothing. It looks like I have been scammed! They won’t message me back and I am furious that these companies show all these wonderful pictures and then don’t supply anything. Doubt if I will get my money back!

I ordered balloons and chocolates for a friend's landmark birthday. The balloons were lovely and delivered on time. Sadly, the chocolates were never delivered. Despite my repeated requests, they neither delivered the chocolates nor refunded me. They never even responded to my emails. All of this comounded compels me to give a low rating.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. They took my money (I even paid extra for a more targeted delivery window) and the balloons never showed up for my dad’s birthday. I do not understand how this website is still up. It’s a scam. They take your money with no intention of delivering the service.

Stay away from this company their scammers.

Very very bad experience, made an order of 180$ and never got the delivery! No one answered the phone, sent 3 emails and still no response!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have read reviews first. I placed an order for delivery by 2pm. I did not receive the order. I called the number over 8 times and there is no other way to get in contact with them. I have zero faith I will ever get the order and they just took my money. It's extremely disappointing. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.
