Balani is okay. Customer experience with my rep has been mediocre. I've ordered ~25 shirts and they all come in different, even in the same batch (different fit, different collar, etc.). Suits fit well though. Shirts aren't worth it to go there with the online MTM companies now.

Complete customization, awesome selection, the book of patterns is outstanding, this is the place to go to if you are looking for a custom suit. Other tailors that try to upsell you or steer you in certain directions, not the case with Balani. The staff there ensures that you get exactly what you are looking for. I get a compliment every time I wear one of my Balani suits. Steve Gorman is the man!
