The service at Balani is great. The quality of the fabric is great, but the attention to detail is sometimes lacking. Little things like hems coming undone and buttons coming off are really annoying and easily remedied. My recent purchase of a shirt was the first time the measurements were actually wrong. They are happy to remedy any issues that arise, but it does start me thinking about attention to detail again.

They are the best. Purchased multiple suits, jackets and shorts from their entry point and above. Considerably high value and better experience than spending similar dollars at a brooks brothers or other off the rack vendors.
