If I could give a zero star… that’s what they are at. I was on Public Platform & I immediately got message my deposit with Bakkt has been completed. I did not do any transaction nor authorize any transaction with BAKkT brokerage. This is a super shady brokerage. Beware!!!!

Defi wallet-bakkt. Contacted BAKKT and they denied that they had any involvement with the site that use their name. Months later the side is still up and operating with their name. The site has all the symptoms of a scam. Their customer service became unresponsive, which is a symptom. I have been trying for three days to talk to their customer service.
