Do not waste your money or time
Do not waste your money or time. The hair had terrible smell when it arrived. I requested a refund, they went back and forth, offering me a discount for future purchases, I declined, they than told me wig could get lost, and finally provided me a bus station address to return. I’ve never had this experience, they should not be able to do business with US A This company is a total rip off and joke.

Hi dear, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, For the smell, it is the hair oil we used on the hair to keep it health. It is safe. Before you install, you can wash it and then it will be disappear. I will never order from this place…
I will never order from this place again. I ordered a shoulder length topper and the one I received barely touched my ear.

Pls be aware of this company.Ordered a…
TPls be aware of this company.Ordered a wig , sent wrong size and did not look like picture shown.When requested to return of wig for my money to be returned.Long delay and tried to persured me to order again to discount on next order ,when i just wanted my money returned.Also problem with custom if returned to being quite costly ad based in China. I would not order from this company again or recommed.

This wig bears no resemblance to the image provided. This is the second wig I have purchased, and once again, it is unsatisfactory. I have emailed the company twice, but I have not received a response regarding the return of this unsatisfactory wig. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I am surprised that they would ask for a rating. I will never order from this company again.

Ladies don’t buy from Baisi Wigs
Ladies, please do not buy any wigs from this company. This company is a fraud. They do not want to refund your money or give your money back even if you’re displeased and do not like the product they will refuse and just go back-and-forth trying to convince you to keep it even if you don’t want it you just want your money back. They’re taking pictures from other legitimate companies and post them so it can look like it’s actually their wigs when they’re not when you get the wigs actually in person they look dry and dirty. The wigs look synthetic they don’t even look like human hair or real human hair and they don’t fit your head or anything. I’m encouraging all women, including black women, especially black women not to buy from this company because it’s based in China you’re not getting no legitimate wig that’s made from a good company. Everything is coming from China so it’s gonna be hard for you to even get a refund or get your money Back. Do not buy any of these wigs please.

THERE IS REALLY NO RETURN POLICY!!!
THERE IS REALLY NO RETURN POLICY!!!! If you buy expect to keep it. I was not satisfied with the product I return it in June 2025. It is expensive to return so if your still going to buy you had better get the return label an d hope that you get a refund. They kept the product and I asm still trying to go through my credit card company to get my money $388 they owe me. They are in China your package has to clear customs and takes a month unless you want to spend $100 to send back the merchandise. The wigs I received was nothing like the picture.

Because of the Trump tax policy, then the customs clearance will be more stringent, then normally we do not recommend to return. Short pixie wig looked nothing like the…
Short pixie wig looked nothing like the picture no lace no where just a regular wig I could have ordered for Amazon. I paid too much to be scammed. Mess my Valentine’s Day up completely. I don’t wear regular wigs only lace . This wig has no lace no where. Says full lace no lace.

DONT DO IT- UGLY,UGLY UGLY UGLY WIGS
If there was an option for no stars, they would get Nothing, I spent over $200 ordering wigs in January that were NOTHING!!! nothing like the picture, throwed together looked like something a 5 year old would do. I ordered the kinky twist wig, total mess and the salt and pepper pixie cut that looked like cat hair, shedding and was a total loss just looking at it. They never gave me a refund or credit for the ugly wigs just advising me to style the wig and it would look better, but you cant style a wig that's not even cut right and i told them that was there job. they will send you a nice email like they doing something to correct it, but they never do
