Definitely came from CHINA … nevertheless I decided to give it a try and see how it goes … placed an order for 4 wigs and the head size large extra 3.00 … ordered on 6/19 received tracking # 6/21 and order was on my doorstep July 7, 2026 .. I opened the box and one wig was stuffed inside the other lol .. all had hair nets around them.. WIG #1 - the curly updo looked used and smelt used. Very strange smell to it and I hope it’s not toxic. I shook it and it shed. It was strait hair around the base and the bun was messy kinky. 2 different textures lol NOTHING LIKE THE PIC ON THEIR SITE Further inspection into the bun and it had a clear rubber band around the top ponytail and the high bun had several hairpins in it that was unsecured and slid right open. Small cap size for a doll was NO GOOD!! They charged original cost $219.00 with discount it cost $186.15 smh .. WIG #2 - Mohawk Mullet 14 inch was a scissor slaughtered mess that didn’t drop 2 inches in the back. Seems to be a medium cap size although I ordered a large. Original price $$119.00 with discount my cost $101.15 for a poorly styled wig. WIG #3 side part #4 mix 27 curl was another hot mess. The hairstyle is short all around with the long side piece but the short part looked looked like a worn out rug. NO GOOD!! Size looked medium. Wicked mess!! Original price $129.00 with discount $109.00 WIG #4 - Mohawk Mullet with Bangs - This was the best out of them all and a keeper… capsize was ok and the style good. Only con is it was cut too short around the face sides and shed when I shook it lol ... should’ve had side burns like the pic .. a good bug spray & scrubbing out back to rid of bugs and things and it should be good!! Original cost $109.00 with discount $92.65 . I dare not return based on the reviews.. have to swallow the over $400.00 spent on the first 3 … they did send gifts - 1 - American Flag lol 2 - a sheet of American Flags for 4th of July lol 3 - yellow duck that I see on dashboards of people car 4 - yellow helmet with a gold link chain (no idea what it is) 5 - eyelashes 6 - wig cap … WILL NOT TRY ANOTHER FROM THIS COMPANY BASED ON THE UPDO … that product was very disturbing to say the least. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Reputable companies are very hard to find BUT THEY ARE OUT THERE!!

I’ll start with customer service as they were sufficient and quick, a bit pushy with asking for a review before I even received the product. I just received my order today 7/6/26 and it is no wheres near what I expected. I ordered 2 wigs, one with a peekaboo color in the front and it is literally 3 colors (where the dye started to bleed into the rest of the hair). The second wig is a pixie with extenuated sideburns and it looks nothing like the picture. I’m just very disappointed and dissatisfied at this point because I was really was excited to purchase from this company, as I kept seeing ads. I totally understand as the customer, doing minimal modifications to the wig but this so much that needs to be done and for what I paid if unacceptable.

Haven't received my order and can't get any answer from email or phone calls

Terrible hair,after letting them know that my cousin hair was not what she ordered and her wig came knotted up they blocked her .so theses people donot deserve stars at all ,the fact that we are so close to leaving to go on a cruise makes me really sad that she has to look for another wig,our cruise is 19 days away..this wig place she be ashamed that they would even bag terrible wigs up and ship to there customers.please y'all donot order from this site.and no im not the one that ordered the wig,my cousin did.they blocked her from there website,that’s why I'm posting for her.please y'all again donot order from this site

I am not sure how this company gets 5 star ratings. I ordered 3 wigs and none of them look as advertised the hair is supposed to be human but feels & looks synthetic. Refund is not worth it because it cost too much to send back to the supplier & you have to email back & forth with the supplier to make contact for a refund. I will never purchase again and I am warning others pls save your money…I will use the wigs for Halloween costumes

I am writing in response to your comment about my review Again i saw the photo of the style i chose and compared with what you sent me it were 2 different styles. Your company has refused to refund me because you wanted me to lie about the value of the product. When i bought the hair you changed me shipping fee, when i also returned the hair i also paid shipping fees you don’t consider the extra cost you have putting me through but you want me to side with you to lied. All i am asking for is my refund, you have your hair kindly send me my refund. I have complained to afterpay because i did the purchase through their service.

The wig I purchased did not look anything like the picture. They took a long time sending and when I asked to return it they still haven’t responded. I paid $177 for a wig that look nothing like the photo at all I want my money back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! PRODUCTS LOOK ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES . I ORDERED FOUR TOPPERS THE HAIR COLORS OF THE TOPPERS WERE NOT EVEN THE COLORS AS ADVERTISED. I PAID $362 DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCTS UNTIL ALMOST A MONTH LATER BUT ADVERTISED 3-7 DAYS AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND THEY HAD NOT SHIPPED THE PRODUCT! I RECEIVED ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER FIRST IT WAS SHIPPED THE DAY AFTER I PURCHASED, THEN SHIPMENT WAS DELAYED TO STYLE THE TOPPERS, THEN IT WAS A HOLIDAY, THEN THEY SAID IT THAT CHAT WAS LOST FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A 20% OFF CODE😡 THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
