I ordered my first wig several weeks ago…
I ordered my first wig several weeks ago snd still have not received it ! The wigs look nice in the ads but I cannot comment on how it look since I don’t have it. Also trying to reach someone to discuss this matter is very difficult. You have to ho thru “What’s App” phone number to speak with someone and then you get a recording that sounds like overseas and non- English! Very dissatisfied and this will be my first and last order!

Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. A Big Disappointment
Their response is a lie! I will not accept a discount for more trashy wigs. I’m upset I cannot include photos on this site. I would show you the doll baby hair I received. I should have just went with my gut that this company is a scam!! Don’t waste your money. I am very disappointed with the 2 wigs I received. Totaling $181.00 Both wigs are poor quality and is not human hair. The wigs Baisi wig advertises is not what I received. I asked for a full refund after and they offered me $30 which I said “No”. Then they offered $35 refund which I declined then they offered $45 and refuses to refund more.

Placed order and customer service was…
Placed order and customer service was quick with response but a week to 2 weeks later I can’t get in contact with them to track my order.

I ordered a pixie cut wig and what I received was a mop! It was not styled at ALL.I tried to get a return address from Ashley dear...but got the run around.So I am out my money and still have this mop! Happy Birthday Mary!I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

I purchased a pixie natural wig for…
I purchased a pixie natural wig for $129 only to receive a cheap piece of low level looking carpet! I measured my head before ordering and the size was off. Asian and American sizes differ. It went from the cheap packaging, to my head, straight to the trash. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Don't get duped and buy Luvme, etc. They send a cheap cross necklace and American flag **# which Is a BIG NO THANKS FOR ME. 8/1 - Regarding Baisi's reply/offer - Like I said, NO THANKS. I will not do business with your company again. Also, based many Baisi reviews, I speak for many other customers.

I have ordered twice
I have ordered twice. Neither wig came as shown in the ad. It is impossible for them to get back with you concerning the orders. The phone number is a joke and emails are not answered. Paid too much for false advertising

I purchased 4 wigs from this company
I purchased 4 wigs from this company. Was satisfied until my 4th wig. Wig did not look like the picture. I texted Ashley to let her know I would be returning the wig. I went to the FedEx facility. Paid the $16.30 to return wig. Waited weeks. Never got my $100.00. I emailed Baisiwig and was told to send them a tracking number. I sent them copies of my FedEx receipt. They responded back by saying that was their mailing address on the package and they would see if they got the returned wig. I still have not got my refund nor have they further contacted me. This is the type of Customer Service you can expect from them after having purchased 4 wigs from them costing over $100.00 per wig.

As mentioned in our product description and order confirmation, our wigs are handmade and require styling to achieve the desired style and shape (similar to the model photo). we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u. But wig will be squeezed during transportation, so the hairstyle was a little messed up or missed. Wish get your understanding! Please do not worry, we will issue the refund to you once we receive your return.
