False Advertisement
I placed an order for two human hair wigs. Both were to be salt and pepper in color. What I got was a wig that looked blue and a wig that was bright blonde. Both looked like costume wigs. I am 83 years old and have worn wigs for years. I would not be caught dead wearing what they sent. After contacting customer service the same day I received them and asked for a refund, the run around started. My total cost was$199. They offered a refund of $60,or a$20 credit towards hair styling. The wigs were not even close to what they advertised. When I refused their offer they sent me return instructions with stipulations about how to return. I’ve asked for a return label but haven’t heard back from them. BeQueen is the name of the website I used. I now know BeQueen and Baisi Hair are the same company. I will never purchase from them again. Putting return package in mail 8/28/26. God only knows when I’ll receive my return.
