Ashley contacted me regarding my purchase. She was empathetic when i informed her that i did not receive an order # and i pray that my purchase was located. Ashley let me that it my purchase was found and will customize my unit from medium to small. Clearly I haven’t met her personally; I truly believe she’s a good asset to your company
