Uncertainty about order completion
I wasn’t sure about whether or not my order was complete and Ashley reached out to me via text message to confirm that my order was received. I appreciate the time she took to make sure that my experience was a good one. Thanks Ashley

Baisi is the ultimate place for wigs
Baisi is the ultimate place for wigs, hair toppers, hair accessories, etc. I have only been a customer for a short period of time but I’m very pleased with their products and customer service. The marketing of their products is exquisite. What you see is truly what you get. The quality of their product is beyond any other store I’ve purchased from before. I’m a true Baisi fan.

Thank you Ashley!
While my experience wasn’t the smoothest. The person Ashley that helped me is amazing. I didn’t like the particular wig I bought. Even though the label I got for the return wasn’t there, Ashley emailed a label to mail the wig back. I received my refund within a week after it arrived to them. Thank you! Now I know if there’s a different wig I want I can trust the service.
