This company is based and ships out of China. If need to return items they give u an address in China which is expensive! They’re lying about purchases ship from US. The reviews are suspect. My purchase was not as described and definitely was not worth the price. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

I saw these wigs on YouTube so I visited the website and saw 2 wigs I wanted. When I reviewed the wigs the head was extra big too big for my head even with the band. They looked old looking nothing like the picture. They told me the wigs we’re sitting for long TIME. Want a refund

sorry for the inconvenience caused dear, if the wig cap too big for you, we will customize the small wig cap for u next time. Because we did not see the note you left for the small wig cap this time, then we send the medium wig cap for you. Really sorry for the unhappy shopping this time and thank you for your comment, we will report it to our factory and improve the quality
