Had to give ONE star to have review posted. Not deserving of one star. PLEASE PLEASE don’t purchase from this company. It is a SCAM. The product they send is NOT human hair. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Always read reviews BEFORE a purchase. Had l reviewed before purchase .. l would have seen my story has already been told& would have saved me . I placed an order on 05/16/24 and this is about to be the 1st of June and I haven't received a wig or my money back. This company is not a reputable company and they are sloppy. Right now I want my money back because this company doesn't deserve my or anyone's business. We try to support you and you treat us like crap. Right now I'm considering Small Claims Court. Because I see you guys have ripped off a lot of people. Thanks for Nothing. I'm going to make sure everyone knows what a horrible company you are. At this rate you won't be in business long. Oh and by the way, I work in the court system!!

Received wig in horrible shape. Heir sticking out which they told me to add water to! Wig ended up in garbage. Never got back to me in return. Wasted money, never again!

THEY HAD THE NERVE TO PUT A STRAWBERRY DEODORIZER IN EACH WIG I ORDERED!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! YOU CAN'T EVEN TRY AND STYLE THE UNITS!! THEY MERCHANDISE IS GARBAGE!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! My first time ordering from them got my wig today and it’s the wrong wig . I did send a email with no response back yet !! So disappointed! Hopefully they make it right or payment will be disputed!

This company is a rip off the wigs are nothing like the picture and when you email to return they play games with responding back to what this issue is not answering your question on returning it and avoid the topic all together by with you just wanting a refund and how to return it it’s ridiculous back and fourth 3-4 times by email just to get a return address and their procedure on returning and still they keep responding back to your emails with why you want to return what’s wrong it why you don’t like what the hell!!
