As soon as I placed an order I got a text message asking if my order was correct and if there needed to be any changes. I thought that was great customer service considering that it’s usually difficult to speak with anyone when you order online.

Excellent customer service …
I requested a small cap for items purchased. Ashley, contacted me via text, to make sure that’s what I wanted. She also, put in a few discounts to make my experience even better!! I’ve never had that happen. So far, my experience has been exceptional!

I ordered a wig back in April and it looks just like it’s my own hair! As of today I’m still getting many compliments. I just ordered another pixie short cut. I’ll be getting all my wigs from here from now on.
