Firstly, my order was not shipped as promised within 3-5 business days. I emailed them and was told that the product was popular and sold out. Therefore, they had to customize it for me, too many packages needed to be shipped, then the shipping had been delayed, but they would call Fedex and push it through, if I could pls wait a few more days to receive it. I was over all of the excuses from Ashley Li. Well, about two days later, the order did arrive with some cheap gifts and 2 horrible, synthetic, off-centered, non-curled, dry wigs! The one wig I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture and the other one I didn't order--well...I don't know what THAT was! I was so devasted and extremely upset that I paid a little over $80.00 for this terrible product(s). So, I researched and researched for the return address and found it to be in China, even though the ads say sold/shipped from the U.S. Anyway, I immediately emailed them reiterating their drawn-out return process and asking for a sufficient return address. This is what I was told verbatim: "I would you like to let you know that Returning is based on the hair is original unwashed, uncombed and unused. Normally we don't recommend returning. Since we had already paid for the shipping fee when we sent the package to u. The buyer needs to pay for the shipping fee for returning. It takes for a long time also has a risk of lost. Would u please consider to keep the hair, I will apply for a compensation for u and give you a nice discount in next time you if we can make an agreement. Hope to hear from you soon" Like-They bank on customers giving up! The "good" reviews are absolutely FAKE! NEVER-EVER-EVER-PURCHSE FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE?!

I ordered a wig and paid extra for a return label. I sent pics of the wig I got and of the wig that I was suppose to have gotten. I requested a refund and they told PayPal that I was going to drop the case. They need to be reported the BBB.

THE WORST REFUND SYSTEM EVER THEY WANT YOU TO REFUND THE WIGS TO CHINA TO DISCOURGE THE REFUND WHICH WILL COST ME $35 AND I HAVE TO FILL OUT A CUSTOMS FORM INSTEAD OF SENDING IT TO THE FULFILLMENT ADDRESS WHICH IS IN THE STATES AND WILL COST $10. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL BEGGING TO NOT SEND TO REQUEST REFUND AND WILL GIVE DISCOUNT IF PURCHASE A NEW ITEM THE DISCOUNT IS THE SAME AS THE WEBSITE, SO NO DISCOUNT AT ALL. IF YOU BUY A WIG PLAN ON KEEPING IT BECAUSE IT WON'T BE A REFUND

I ordered several wigs from Baisiwigs and I have not gotten the items, nor has the items shipped after 10 days. I did receive a bogus tracking number for YunExpress Tracking Service and they do not have any record of my order. I'm contacting my bank to dispute the charge because the funds have been deducted from my bank account.

Website stated that wig looks exactly like the picture that they advertised. IT DOES NOT. The wig SHEDS ALOT. I left a note asking could they change the part on the wig to cover right eye instead of left eye. THEY DID NOT. This wig was expensive and not worth not one cent of the purchase price.I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Wrong advertisements, color of wig much darker than color shown, the weft was sewn in sideways on the right back side preventing styling to even cover it. The product is overpriced. Item was mailed in zip lock bag causing any pre-styling to not exist. Baisi Gisela wig

PLEASE LADIES. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered two units, one unit was close enough to the pictured unit that I had no serious issue - even though the hair quality was not great. The other unit however was the completely wrong color and syle, the quality was HORRIBLE!! I contacted the company with pictures and they replied with the standard "Sorry for the inconvenience. We will give you a partial refund and a good discount on your next order". WHY would I send you MORE money?? You've not made good on the money I sent. Then they said send the unit back and THEN they would send me a new one. I replied that it was time they operated in blind faith and send the correct unit FIRST!! Then I thought, this is entirely too much for a company error and I'll take the loss so other won't have to. HAIR QUALITY; D CUSTOMER SERVICE: F OVERALL: WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

The wigs did not look like the picture the hair was such a big disappointment I will never purchase a wig from this company again I have Breast Cancer I need a nice wig never again.
