Nothing like the picture, nothing and they give a hard time to return. Believe the one and two star reviews all of what I experience with this company. Total false advertisement
Stop the false advertisement! Provide return labels. And the fake AI people. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

The wig I ordered does not look like tge wig pictured it is a hot mess and cheaply maid short cut pixie, never again you are crooks and will be shut down I will be reporting you, don't buy from this company.

A TOTAL SCAM!
A TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! It is illegal to false advertise and I am reporting you to the better business bureau. The wigs are nothing like what they advertise and when I disputed the charge they tried to get me to close the dispute before they claim they would give me my money back.

The wig is not as pictured and cheap
The wig is not as pictured and cheap , DO NOT order from them. I’m trying to get a refund and they are stalling. They keep offering me a discount and telling me a return may get lost. This is a SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I only gave this company 1 star because I could not submit my review if didn't. This company deserves ZERO STARS. What they advertise and what they sell are two different products. I purchased a wig from this site and it looks like a broom! The wig was poorly constructed. The hair was as stiff as straw. The closure was a totally different color than the rest of the hair. The har looks as tho it had been previously cut and very uneven. I reached out immediately and was asked to keep the wig for a $30.00 compensation and a discount on my next order! There will NEVER be a next order. This seller is a scam seller and their wigs are a mess! Please save your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Beware -- 1/2 star
If I could give Baisi 1/2 star, I would. The wig I received looked nothing like the photo and the wig was human hair in the front and synthetic hair in the back AND two different textures. When I sent pics with my email to complain, they had the nerve to say "hair looks fine dear", and offered me a $20 credit -- like I would order from them agaiin -- ughhh!!!! My recommendation -- order from reputable United States suppliers.

Our hair is 100% human hair, since it's human hair, it's cut from people which cause it cannot get any nutrition from fresh.That's the reason for the tough. And this point proof our hair is human hair. However, it wont effect the quality. please condition the hair 3 times per weeks and treat it as your own hair. Once the hair get enough nutrition , it will get silky and actively and looks full. Could you pls try the tips we offered? We promise that we will apply the best discount for you in your next order. If I could give a zero I would I…
If I could give a zero I would I ordered 3 wigs when they came they were nothing lije the wigs being advertised the hair was dry and the curls were all strecthed out. The website said return within 30 days I asked for a return and refund the next day after getting them and they are still trying not to give me a refund. They look awful .. I have been emailing with Ashley who refuses to offer a refund trying to convince me that the wigs are good.
