I ordered 2 wigs and both of thm looked…
I ordered 2 wigs and both of thm looked like trash!!! The style and quality was NOTHING like they advertised! After I reached out to them and then sent thm piccs and they wldnt give me money back I put both wigs in the trash! I'll NEVER BUY another wig from Baisi Hair website again!!

I ordered seven wigs from them and they…
I ordered seven wigs from them and they sent me seven that I didn't order and two of the same wigs they are the wrong style and and wrong color! I paid $200 dollars for something that I didn't order!

I purchased 4 wigs from Baisi totally…
I purchased 4 wigs from Baisi totally over $400.00. When I finally got them and opened the package, I was surprised to find that none of them appeared to be what I ordered. I instantly sent an email informing them that I was not satisfied with my items. They gave me the run around. I emailed the company 2 more times on different dates again, asking for a return label to send the wigs back for a refund. The last 2 emails were ignored. I was told in the first email that I should have requested a return label at the time of purchase. I encourage others to be careful ordering from this company because once they get your money if you are not satisfied with your purchase you are stuck with it.

Wig was a hot mess ni shap looks like a child s sewing it's chopped all up please stayboff this site after waiting for over a month to wear the wig in a model show I just cried once I received it it's awful awful don't don't buy from this company please

The coloring is so off
The coloring is so off, I didn't even put it on my head. I ordered GREY and got something that looks like Bleached Blond. I'm sending it back - pray for me because the address they provided looked a bit suspect to me.
