Do not buy from this company!
Do not buy from this company!! I ordered 2 units that were terrible! Still in the process of returning. They want to give you $38 credit but I will never shop there again. They tell you to say the value is 10 but I spent over 100 then they want you to pay for customs in China. Hair terrible customer service horrible!!! Plus they are using fake pictures from another site!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered two wigs, one was absolutely nothing like what was advertised, one was almost like what was advertised, they have a moth ball like smell, were in plastic bags, one was matted, the matted wig was $150, the actual value of what I received is around $29. I found the comments after I ordered, and the comments gave warnings that I wished that I saw before I purchased. I will not order from Baisi ever again.

Horrible Company !…
Wigs look NOTHING like the advertisement! They are mixed with synthetic fibers and are not all human ,the smell is horrible. I Purchased TWO months ago ,requested a refund, sent wig back and the STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME! This company is a scam! Do not use them! Update: the reply from the company once again is another way of playing victim! The wig was sent back to them weeks ago,it has been in their possession, but asking me to please try it as if I actually have it! They are simply refusing to send my refund which make them Theives!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Baisiwigs!!!!!!
I purchased a wig topper from Baisiwigs, it was advertised as styled just like the picture but when it came it was flat and looked like dolls hair. I asked for the return address and was told they don’t recommend returning even though it’s advertised all over the website about 30 day returns. I paid £90 for a piece of un-styled Barbie looking hair and when I asked to return it I was offered £24 compensation and a discount off my next purchase, I told them that I had no intention of buying anything else, I managed to get them to agree to a refund of £42.49 but I really wish I had done a chargeback on my card. Don’t be fooled by the 5* reviews on here, I’m pretty sure they are fake, just like the fake reviews on the Baisiwig website. They even use Ai people on their instagram ads. Deffo a scam company!! And you can ignore the generic reply they have written under this review, it’s the same one they seem to send to everyone….they seem to have a hairstylist that is never available whenever the wigs are being shipped out…..yeah right!

I got got
I got got the wig I ordered for 189.00 a pixie cut styled cut was nothing like the pic just a basic wig with no cut style or definition. I’m not a stylist and I’m going to report to the bbb as well as dispute it with my financial institution. I wish I would have read the reviews first because they are mostly negative don’t waste your time or money
