BaisiwigReviews of baisiwig.com

Seems like another Facebook Wig Scam, it did NOT have nearly the amount of hair like shown in the video, it wasn't even enough hair to cover the wefts on the Fake looking circle closure top. In order for it not to be a complete waste, I had to Add tracks because they were spaced so far apart you could see the big gaps in front, then we had to sew a decent top onto the wig... spent the same amount of money buying products to fix the wig as what I paid to buy the wig.

I used to use Baisi hair years ago and thought to give them a try. I ordered a curly wig from there but was quite disappointed. The quality was not great and the hair tangled awfully! The hair sheds a lot and is very dry no matter the conditioner or curl activator used.

I don't know what all the hype is about this wig is nothing like the wig u see yall save yall money trust me yall gone be upset soon as I placed my order they ask me could I give them a good review i said no bc I bought these wigs base off the review I'm a cancer patient I this is not cool u can get a better wig from a regular wig site no wonder they try to make u leave a review b4 u get ur order then i tried to cancel my order but they wouldn't let me embarrass to tell my husband how much i spent on this horrible looking wigs

Buyer beware. The topper I ordered did not fit the description on the website. The picture showed thicker hair. Also, you should know that you will be charged 30-40% if the price if you return the item. I did not see this on the website.

I purchase on January 28th didn’t receive until February 10th so so dissatisfied the black wig is sticking looks like it already been worn product nothing like the pictures will never shop with them again

I'm a licensed beautician. This wig lasted a week and started shedding like crazy. Terrible wig

I am trying to return two wigs that I purchased from Baisiwigs. The wigs were horrible look like doll hair I have e-mail several time for return instruction but no response. I will not use this company again and I do not recommend them. Look for return information for their product and a return on my payment to them

I definitely cannot recommend this company! Response time was great! It’s the resolution that was very poor. I had several issues, but it was going to be too expensive to make a return. AND they retain a portion of your refund! The wig looked nothing like the photo, & I can guarantee it had nothing to do with it being “smashed in shipping”. I’d also ordered a “small” cap, which was too big even with a grip. The curls were super tight & seemed very dry. Money wasted that could’ve gone towards a much nicer wig. Lesson learned!
