This company is trash, I ordered fingerwave wig and received short curly wig. I got the runaround then I was responsible for returning back to china. I will be reporting them to the bbb. False advertising not honoring their policy and basically stealing being deceitful a very fraudulent company. I will stick with ordering from Luvme!

This is my second review on the same products. I order two wigs on 3/8 for $348.31 and they did not start moving until I posted a review about this company a week ago. They offer this 30% off for a future order but l declined. I finally received my two wigs 3/30, and what a waste of money. I am going to contact the Attorney General about this company. These are the WORST wigs I have ever order in my 62 years. I want my money back, they shed and smell like an asian store. They had the nerves to say that a stylist did the wigs. If I could send pictures of these awful wigs I would.

Avoid This Company – Misleading Advertising and Poor Quality. Guys before you read the rest of my comments, I just wanted to highlight: My parcel was returned back to me after six months of disputing a return. During our conversation via email Ashley’s response was always “sorry we can’t find your return in our warehouse” Turns out the busines address given by Ashley and on the website is NONE EXISTENT from china “says Royal Mail. FAKE Return address: 2nd Floor, Bus Terminal of Baiyun Cutural Square, Baiyun District,guangzhou City,Guangdong Province ,China Postcode:510420 Phone number:+86 18520224621 Contact person:Ashley Huang When I spoke with ASHLEY on WhatsApp she never commented. I paid £25 for the fee and she’s refused to refund the return and was asking me to keep the wigs or given a discount next time lol. She also me told I have to return my orders again in order to get my shipping fee refunded. Even tho I did this but unfortunately the parcel was returned back to me. How it all started: I was initially drawn in by the advertisement claiming the wigs were shipped from the U.S. I ordered two sets since I have a smaller head and wasn’t sure about the fit. While my first order arrived on time, the second one was delayed by two weeks. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The wigs felt very plastic, and the lace closure was even worse. They looked more like cheap costume wigs rather than the high-quality ones shown in the advertisements. This brings me to my biggest question—are the women in the ads actually wearing these wigs? Because what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The return process was just as frustrating. Returning an item is expensive, and getting a refund is a nightmare. Be prepared for a long and difficult process. In short, this company is not what it seems. (Would not recommend!) (After making this comment on Trustpilot) The company’s response! Hi dear, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. We kept talking with you by email and we also sent a big discount coupon to you, u can use it in your next order. We cherish the opportunity to satisfy every of our nice client like u. Misleading Return Instructions – You claimed to have sent me a return label, but this is incorrect. Instead, I was given a return address via WhatsApp, which forced me to cover the return shipping cost myself. This resulted in an additional £25 expense on my part. 2. No Return Cost Coverage – Your policy does not cover return costs, which was not made clear initially. To minimize my expenses, I packed four wigs into one parcel and returned them together to save myself money as it would have costed me £50. 3. False Claim of Missing Items – Despite returning all four wigs in a single package, you are now claiming that one of them was not received. This is unacceptable, as I have proof that all items were shipped together. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. I request either a full refund for all returned items or a thorough investigation into the missing package claim. This company is HELL guys. I want my money back Baisiwigswigs

It was not what I order. And now I will not have it for my sister funeral. I will make sure I post on ever social media platforms.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, I GOT A TRACKING NUMBER FOR FEDEX BUT THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE LABEL FOR 10DAYS, I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND GET A REFUND I PURCHASED A 200 DOLLAR WIG AND I AM NOT SHOWING ANY MOVEMENT WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER I RECEIVED FOR FEDEX IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!

Horrible experience on January 27th 2025 ordered my wife a wig It took 3 weeks to finally get and I called my credit card for fraud and cancel them the wig arrives February 27th 2025 so my credit card company Put the money back to them. So the wig we got was not even what I order so we sent it back with there label they sent. And today they have not sent my money back. My credit card company had a dispute and I had my receipts from post office and there label and capital one closed my case which I dropped them and going to a different credit card company. But yes crooks GOD does not like ugly baisi wig will get theres back. karma believe that
