The hair is soft, the lace is really good quality, and the length is perfect for me—not too long. I highly recommend Baisi Wigs! I purchased three toppers from them. The first one arrived exactly as pictured, and I was so impressed with the quality and how accurately it matched the photos. I haven’t received my other two toppers yet because they are customizing the color exactly the way I requested. They have been very accommodating throughout the process, and I’m so excited to receive them! I ordered a customised kinky straight half wig and I’m such an indecisive person but they were so patient with me and made sure I was happy with what I was getting plus they are very generous with their prices. The customer service is amazing. I haven’t received my half wig yet but I will update when it comes.
