The attention to details is amazing
The attention to details is amazing. Great customer service and very helpful. UPDATE: I haven’t received my order and whom ever is texting me now has completely changed the great customer service to poor. I will be filing a lawsuit.

WORST PURCHASE EVER
11/14/2025 My response to your response: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome. You must be joking! Never again! Your 5 finger discount - stealing from me (with this crappy product) has taken all it's getting out of my coinage. No way! Lesson learned! 11/4/2025 Yall ought to be ashamed to call these pieces of crap wigs! Horrible products and you know it! One was short on right side and different textured hair completely from left side longer. The other one I couldn't even see into what it was supposed to be with respect to style. Absolutely horrendous quality & if it's human hair, must be from aliens. I am disgusted

But normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. It's all good until it's not!
It's all good until it's not! I order a wig that arrived promptly but was unfortunately not the quality advertised. The company was very responsive during the purchase and to guide me through the return process, and since... It's been he'll!! They reply to a couple of messages to make you believe they're dealing with your refund and then go silent. It's been 5 months now and I'm yet to see the refund. I have all the messages and screenshot, so this is by no mean an unjustified smear campaign. They have poor operations and don't care about customers or how their service vome across. They just care about cashing the money

wig had insects in it!!
Delivery took much longer than expected. Ordered on the 5th and came on the 20th of October 2025. They did say they had an international holiday.. But when the wig did arrive it HAD INSECTS IN THE WIG!! I ordered the BAISI Fashion Side Part Layered BOB Lace Wig.

The website says 30 day refund
The website says 30 day refund. I got my wig and tried to return it the same day. I was contacted by someone who kept telling me they didn't want to accept the wig back. It's been 3 days and still, they have told me I'll be charged 30% restocking fee. I would never buy a wig from this store

The quality of hair is not good. Why should you have to pay for return label upon check out. Is it visible upon check out. The give you the same generic response. Where is the zero stars. Fraud.

Por segunda vez y última vez
Por segunda vez y última vez , no he estado contenta con mi pedido . La primera peluca con mucho pelo y muy buena calidad , peto no muy corta . La segunda larga pero con muy poco pelo y no humano se ve que es sintética
