SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS, taken money and haven’t even sent order confirmation, ordered on 16/10/26 as suspected no delivery. DO NOT ORDER

Baire Threads is a premium bedding and sleep brand. We make soft, double-stuffed comforters, quilts, duvets, doonas, blankets, pillows, pillowcases and sleep masks for people who want better sleep and a more comfortable bed.Our best-selling product is the CloudSoft Double-Stuffed Comforter. It is an all-season comforter, which means you can use it in summer and winter. It is double-stuffed, so it is thicker, fluffier and heavier than a standard comforter, and it is designed to stay fluffy instead of going flat and lumpy after a few months. The fill is heat-adaptive and breathable, which helps if you are a hot sleeper, if you wake up sweating at night, or if you share a bed with someone who runs warmer than you. It comes in Single, Twin, Double, Queen and King sizes. We also make a full range of sleep products. The CloudPuff Pillow is a soft, plush pillow for back and side sleepers. The CloudCradle Pillow is a supportive contour pillow for neck pain and side sleeping. The CloudBody Cooling Full-Body Ergonomic Pillow is a long body pillow for pregnancy, side sleeping, and hip and back support. Our CloudSoft Cooling Pillowcases are breathable pillowcases made for hot sleepers and sensitive skin. The CloudRest Weighted Sleep Mask is a blackout weighted eye mask for sleep, travel and migraines, and the CloudDream Adjustable Weighted Eye Mask is an adjustable weighted mask for light sleepers. We are a direct-to-consumer brand. We design and manufacture our own bedding and sell it online, with no retail markup, no middlemen and no showroom pricing. That is how we use higher-grade materials than most department-store bedding and still charge less.If you have a question about sizing, fill weight, care, an order or a delivery, our support team is small and answers directly. You can reach us at [email protected].

SCAM COMPANY Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before I purchased one of these doonahs. Of course now it's been 6 weeks (Sep 2026), the tracking provided goes nowhere and each time i reach out asking where my order is I'm getting an excuse there's a delay in shipping. I feel stupid and of course now out of pocket $150AUD

Horrible experience with Baire Threads. My cloud duvet was left our from the order but did not get any notification about my incomplete order update and timeline. Kept asking about the rough timeline but didnt even hear back from them. Customer service (katie) experience was so bad. Waited for an extra month for my duvet but still no news. Asking for a refund now. Hope they actually refund…

I would not recommend purchasing the Baire Threads Double Stuffed Doona based on my experience. I placed my order on 18 September and, weeks later, the order status still shows "Order Received." There has been no update on dispatch, shipping, or delivery. I have contacted the company multiple times seeking information, but every response appears to be an automated message saying they will look into the delivery and get back to me. Unfortunately, no one has actually followed up or provided any meaningful update. What is particularly frustrating is that this product is heavily promoted across social media, creating the impression of a reputable and responsive business. However, my experience has been the complete opposite. The lack of communication and transparency has left me feeling extremely disappointed and concerned about whether I will receive my order at all. At this point, I feel like I have been misled and would strongly encourage potential customers to do their research before purchasing. If customer service and order fulfilment are important to you, I would think twice before ordering from this company.

Another edit and update to this saga. It’s comical at this point. October 12 I emailed them again, as I hadn’t heard a thing about my blanket with a hole saga. Katie Thompson responded same day stating they’d send me a replacement if that was okay. 13th of October I agreed, and same day was advised I’d receive a tracking number within 48 hours. This did not and has not happened. I emailed again on October 16 asking for the tracking and as of now (October 19) I haven’t heard back. If I don’t receive tracking in the next two days I’ll be doing a chargeback. Honestly the blanket itself is lovely. Even if it can’t be used because of the hole. But I’m sorry, at this point it wouldn’t matter how amazing it was, this has been a terrible experience and I would highly recommend just buying the original or this blanket by mellow. A little more expensive but you won’t have any of these issues. Editing now as of the 9th of Oct. I have since received my blanket. With a hole in it. I have emailed the company same day and have been told it’s being escalated for review. As of today (Oct 13) I have not heard anything back. Extremely disappointing after all of the issues to finally receive my $200 blanket and it’s not able to be used because it’s defective. I stick by my original review. Don’t waste your time, money or sanity. This is a long one. This is actually my second time ordering. And I would not recommend. I cancelled my first order when it became clear they were using another brands product and advertising. And they’d gone one step further and had taken influencer videos on the same brands products and used it as theirs instead. This combined with two different sets of tracking being sent (both marked as cancelled) and when I reached out to query I was told they’d accidentally sent the wrong product due to a warehouse mixup. I cancelled the order as it was so many red flags. Just noting here that both tracking numbers originated from the US. A few months later I’d seen a whole bunch of what seemed like real reviews from real people. So I ordered again. I couldn’t get access to the ‘real’ product, but the comments on one of their targeted ads seemed legit. I ordered mid September based off their website stating it would be shipped in 2 days. I got the label created notification 5 minutes after ordering and noticed immediately it was no longer in the US. But from China. Drop shipping. It sat at label created for close to 10 days before I emailed the first time and was told they’d “reach out to the logistics provider asap”. Another 5 days and nothing so I email again and am told basically to be patient and that they were still following it up and it would arrive within 6-16 days after ordering. That time has now well come and gone. I pointed out their misleading shipping policy and that I’d ordered based off of that and I asked for confirmation that the package had been handed over from bare threads to the shipping company (it’s 100 percent drop shipped from China now so there is no US warehouse) and was yet again told they’d follow it up. FINALLY after 20 days it was sent from china. And it’s been in the country for 6 days now with zero movement. Baire threads are impossible to deal with, with their 100 percent ai answers. I can’t comment on the product itself because I haven’t received it. If it ever arrives I will come back and add my actual review. Based off of all of this, and other reviews now coming to light - don’t waste your time or your money. I don’t have an issue with drop shipping or waiting for my orders. In any capacity. What I don’t appreciate is the blatant disregard and zero real customer service whatsoever. Save your sanity and if you can, just buy the mellow one instead.

Waiting for this company to get my refund back- A certain Thompson unsure if an actual person or bot has replied that my order was cancelled and looking into the refund of 150 dollars.

I purchased a Cloud Comforter from this company and received a product with completely different labels from those shown on their website, which made me seriously question its authenticity. When I requested a full refund under their advertised 30-night guarantee, they refused because the product had been opened. The frustrating part is that Katie from customer service specifically asked me to open the product and take additional photos after saying the photographic evidence in my first email wasn't sufficient. They then used the fact that it had been opened as the reason to deny my refund. I find their practices extremely misleading, dishonest and they sell counterfeit product they refuse to take responsibility for.
