We have had some Bai embroidery machines in our shop for a few years and they are still running great. The customer service has been excellent and they are very helpful with getting replacement parts or with general questions about the machine.

I always know I can count on Luke Ren or one of the other Bai Tecs to help me figure out my problems. My MightyHoops settings were off. My error; I entered the wrong numbers. Luke was quick to help me get it all straightened out and fixed!

I was having some issues with my Vision 2-heads but Luke Ren was so patient and guide me step by step until we got my machine back running. Thank you Luke.
