Always so helpful!! Every brother machinist has told me to stay away from this place because I will never get the help that I need and the service would be horrible but here I am winging it as a newbie and killing it thanks to the amazing crew at BAI!!!

I just recently received my Vision 2 head and after setting it up had a small issue. I sent a message to my sales rep and within a few hours had a response with tech help. I know that there is a time difference between them and me but that didn’t stop them from helping me. After a few minor checks he had me up and going. I reached out at 6 pm on Saturday night ( my USA central time ) and by 11 am Sunday we had the problem solved and up and going. I am very impressed with the machines and now the customer service

My experience with BAI has been phenomenal! I honestly have had no bad experiences. From the very beginning, they have walked me through EVERY step of the way. They never made me feel rushed when purchasing, answered all my questions, and have always been transparent with me. That’s exactly why I chose to buy my machine from BAI. I literally knew nothing about embroidery machines, and they have been so patient and amazing at teaching me everything I need to know and even more than I ask about! The support, knowledge, and customer service have truly been unmatched. I’m so grateful I chose BAI for my embroidery journey! I got the BAI mirror ! I want to shout my after sales team mostly thanks John and Luke !

My Bai machine has been excellent, any issues have been user error, and when I screw something up, the BAI support team is always there to help get me back up and running quickly and effectively. Really appreciate all the help every time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Luke is a great technician and very knowledgeable and helpful. Although it took a very long time to figure out my machine, we eventually did and I really appreciate his help. He was very kind and patient with me so excellent customer service. ⭐️⭐️The Bai machine itself, I would not recommend. If you live in the states then you WhatsApp with customer service overseas. It’s very difficult with the time change and not being able to just call someone over the phone and explain what’s going on. I guess there is one location in Atlanta. With this expensive of a machine, I just wish it was not so difficult to get it worked on. It took a couple of months to get my machine fixed because I have other work and could not run around all over the place trying to find different usbs, but we did get it fixed and Luke was very helpful. Not very friendly to beginners so I would recommend another machine.

I’ve had my machine a little over a year and it’s been fantastic. I plan on getting 1-2 more within the next 12 months. Customer service and tech support have been excellent as well!
