The absolute best you could ask for. They are always so helpful and understanding. I have had my machine for over a year now and just now running into maintenance from wear and tear that I need a little help with. They always send pictures and videos which is a huge help. I have never waitinger more than a few hours for a reply. I love my machine and I love the tech support.

I purchased the BAI VISION embroidery machine last spring, and it has been a wonderful experience. As someone completely new to embroidery, I knew I'd be facing a steep learning curve, and I was a little nervous about taking on such a big machine. What has made all the difference is BAI's customer service. They have been incredibly patient with me every step of the way, answering my questions (even the very basic ones!) and helping me build my confidence as I learn. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them. One example really stands out. My thread kept breaking and I couldn't figure out why. Their team worked with me for hours, troubleshooting step by step, until we finally discovered I had put a needle in backwards. I simply couldn't tell which side had the groove and which didn't! Many companies would have given up long before that, but they stayed with me until the problem was solved. The VISION itself has been a great machine to grow with, and knowing I have such a supportive team behind me has made this new journey so much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend BAI to anyone, especially beginners who want a company that will stand by them long after the sale

Really impressed with the new top tensioners I got for my Vision 1501. No more thread popping out of the tensioners yay!!! Great price as well. Easy to find on the website.

Really great experience with the BAI team. I bought the BAI V22 Vision two years ago and their support has been amazing. The machine is solid, a real workhorse, and I've had zero issues with it. I only needed a few tips on upgrading the software and other simple stuff, and they sorted me out quickly. If you're looking into embroidery machines, I'd suggest checking out BAI. You get a reliable machine without having to sell a kidney to afford it.
