Highly recommended I own a Bai mirror embroidery machine, and I want to share my experience. Initially, I struggled because only needle 15 wouldn’t trim, while the other functions worked perfectly. I had to contact customer service for a minor issue with my Mirror machine. responded quickly. He sent me a video showing how to fix the problem. It was a simple adjustment that took me only 1 minute to do, and my machine was back up and running for a long production session! I highly recommend all machines and their professional team. I have the Bai 2 head Vision…, never embroidered in my life. I bought it Oct 2025… it’s been a huge learning curve but I’ve had my issues or questions answered with a fast response and Luke Ren hands down knows everything about this machine inside and out!!! He’s been very helpful!! He has sent a ton of videos to help me understand my machine!!! Thank you!!!
